Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in the financial services and insurance industries. Coordinate and perform testing procedures of a moderately complex nature; create work products such as audit analyses and engagement documentation; evaluate and test processes and related controls; prepare the audit approach relating to nature, timing and extent of procedures; assign and review work of staff auditors and assist in the preparation of the final report.

REQUIREMENTS


You will work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in the financial services and insurance industries. Coordinate and perform testing procedures of a moderately complex nature; create work products such as audit analyses and engagement documentation; evaluate and test processes and related controls. Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.BRS seeks a consummate team player with a strong work ethic and excellent professional skills for the role of BRS Manager. This professional will lead internal audit projects in accordance with the client's audit plan, risk management strategy and E&Y's internal audit methodologies.
To qualify, candidates must have: An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field; MBA preferred
A minimum of 5 years of related audit or applicable business experience
2 or more years of public accounting experience preferredThe desire to pursue applicable professional development and certification(s)
CIA and/or CPA strongly preferred
Strong skills in project management and engagement closure
