Job Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Plans, installs, administers, and maintains delivery systems hardware and software, and the network (voice, video, and data). Provides computing hardware and system software problem resolution, capacity and performance analysis, configuration and change planning and execution, and storage and security administration. Coordinates with end users; systems design, and integration providers; and suppliers. Writes operator procedures. Competencies The ability to show resilience in response to constraints, frustrations and/or adversity. Ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events as well as adjust decisions and actions to new information. Ability to be flexible in response to changing circumstances or conditions, be receptive to feedback and coaching, and be resilient after failures or disappointments. MS Office Desktop knowledge, helpdesk support experience, basic windows networking esperience, and basic UNIX network knowledge. Ability to work in an integration & test environment. Candidate must be a self starter that can work independently.Notes: Current SSBI required.
