System & Data Integrity Analyst, SeniorIn this role, you will use your understanding of company level process flows and data relationships to distinguish chronic, system-born data problems that adversely affect the salability of loans. Responsibilities will include analyzing process flows to identify failure points, often across multiple systems, in addition to developing solutions and automated processes that commonly include logic, system or procedural improvements to major corporate systems. Key functions will include reconciling data between multiple systems and following up on incomplete or incorrect data elements as they relate to the other systems including BBE, CLUES, etc. Involves reconciling the most complex component of trading for Guaranty Fees, Buyup/BuyDown, Alt97, Flex 97, Investor Property Fees, California Condo Fees, Cash out Refi Fees, CSLTV Fees, MI Offset Fees, Turbo Funding Fees, Market Adjusted Pricing, and Guarantor Settlement Interest Fee. Other duties will include managing scheduled DTS packages and SQL jobs for mining and reconciling data between different systems.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (or equivalent) and 3+ years related experience. Must have a strong working knowledge of the mortgage banking industry, SQL, database management and systems development. The team player we seek should be an excellent communicator, well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to effectively function in a multi-tasking environment.
