Syndication Loan Officer

We are presently seeking an experienced Syndication Loan Officer.

Key responsibilities include:

- The coordination of the Bank's loan syndication efforts pertaining to both loan participations purchased and sold.

- Develop active calling program on other financial institutions to identify specific interests in loan sales and loan purchases.

- Prepare loan write-ups for new, renewal and extensions for presentation to appropriate level.

- Manage the entire commercial loan participations purchased to ensure files are properly documented according to the Bank's Credit Policy.

- Preparation of loan sale packages that will be distributed to interested financial institutions.

- May participate in assisting the underwriting of other direct loan opportunities as dictated by volume in the Credit Department.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or portfolio management preferably in a community bank environment; strong credit analysis skills with a related degree are essential.
