Supervisor III

Ensures client satisfaction by coordinating, monitoring and controlling the technical and operational aspects of the assigned unit and/or shift; ensures application integrity by participating in acceptance testing on system modifications; communicates with other service partners; enforces established policies and procedures; maintains and updates operational procedures and policies. Supervises the department's daily production scheduling to ensure that all established and planned processing deadlines and schedules are met. Recommends appropriate processing deadlines and schedules. Functions as the manager in the manager's absence. May coordinate the actions of one or more other supervisors. Interfaces with various service partners and outside agencies to diagnose and resolve application problems. Participates in testing and implementation of system modifications.
Job Requirements
Normally requires a college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least five years of progressive supervisory experience, preferably in an operations or financial services environment. Demonstrated knowledge of bank products and/or data processing procedures is required. Demonstrates knowledge of human resources procedures. Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills and communication skills are required.


This position will require you to work the weekends.
