If so, this is for you! Our client is a large multiline Insurance Company located in Central Illinois. Client is looking for an individual who can come in to a growing organization and contribute immediately to continued achievement of investment results. Responsibilites will include, but not be limited to the following: * Planning, forecasting and reporting on investment results of the organization. * Contributing to the achievement of the investment income goals by developing, recommending, researching and quantifying the income impact of alternative business assumption and investment strategies. * Providing investment related information to internal business managers and external investment managers that contributes to the achievement of corporate growth and profit goals. * Monitoring and management of investment manager compliance and maintenance of investment guidelines and policies. * Ensure compliance with Sarbanes – Oxley policies and procedures related to investments and cash management. * Participation in analysis of capital management transactions. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, MBA (or equivalent)* Five years management experience, seven or more years in professional financial position (investment related experience, preferably in an insurance company or related setting, preferred). * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Strong computer skills. * Prefer Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or current participation in CFA program.
