REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities for this position include:·

Conducting customer transactions·
Supervising branch employees·
Managing and controlling cash flow – conduct bank transactions as
necessary·
Helping to maintain branch operations, safety and security
standards·
Leading the collections effort on past due loans.
Ensuring all loans comply with company, federal, state and local laws

The ideal candidate will have:
· Strong customer service skills
· Minimum 1 year management experience
· Cash handling experience
· Collections experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Reliable transportation
· Be able to work Monday through Saturday, as needed,
· The ability to work with minimal supervision.
