Summary of Position:

Outsourcing provides stock option administration services for Corporations who choose not to resource this critical function in-house.

The Stock Plan Administrator performs full-service stock administration services for assigned Corporate Clients. Services are provided by using Equity Edge and OptionsLink to maintain stock plan records, and support all accounting, reporting and associated compliance requirements. Apply hig!
h-level of equity compensation expertise to proactively manage an assigned base of Corporate Clients, acting as a Client advocate and partner. Deliver high quality stock plan administration services to Client base using a combination of judgment and analysis appropriate to the Client scenario as well as following defined client-specific and overall departmental procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
Updating Equity Edge and OptionsLink on a daily basis based upon data updates received from assigned Clients (e.g. new hires, terminations, etc.), participant transactions, etc.

Partner and assist Outsourcing Analysts and/or new Stock Plan Administrators who are training to be Stock Plan Administrators as necessary; provide performance feedback upon request.

Participate, as needed, in product testing and validation using in-depth product knowledge to identify and document bugs as well as suggest enhancements.
Identify business needs & define processes that positively impact the client while minimizing the impact to the Outsourcing and broader Corporate Services Operations team.

Minimum Requirements:



B7 SPAs with minimum related job experience, but need to complete training before taking on clients of their own

B7 Proficiency with Equity Edge software and/or other related industry software

B7 Passed CEE exam and CEP Level 1 Exam within 6 months
