Stock Option / Restricted Stock Plan Implementation Manager

A major financial institution, with offices in New York City, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Stock Options / Restricted Stock Plan group. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Stock Option Plans and or Restricted Stock Plans as well as the stock plan regulations and recordkeeping/trading systems experience.

Major Responsibilities:
•Initiating new clients into the Stock Plan offered by the firm.
•Reconciling data and migrating information from one system to another
•Working with internal departments such as Plan Administration, Operations and Technology during the implementation process.
•Reviewing Stock Plan documents, tax changes and payroll figures of new clients.
•Acting as a liaison between the vendor and client when questions arise.
•Assisting the client to navigate through the website of the firm’s Stock PlanJob Requirements
•3+ years experience with Stock Option Plans.
•Project management skills
•Ability to handle many clients simultaneously
•Some technical skills such as data reconciliation, data migrations and website updating.
•MS Office especially MS Access and Project proficiency a must
•Data conversion experience a plus
