The types of tasks this role will be responsible for include the following:
Collaborating with others to understand the business problem
Creating key statistical/data strategies for a line of business and influencing business decisions
Developing project plans, setting/managing expectations and delivering results through others
Analyzing data, building models and assessing their quality
Monitoring model performance and making recommendations, as needed
Communicating results, recommendations to senior management

REQUIREMENTS
The following skills/ abilities will be important to succeed in this role:
Experience with logistic regression, decision trees, survival analysis, design of experiment and other statistical techniques
Ability to lead in a highly matrixed & team oriented organization
Communicating clearly and concisely to individuals from various backgrounds
Influencing others in both verbal and written mediums
Leveraging education, colleagues and training opportunities to develop solutions Required:
Graduate degree in statistics, econometrics, advanced math, or similar analytical field and 3+ years of hands-on modeling experience; strong SAS skills; experience with relational databases; presentation experience to senior management
Preferred:
Experience leading model builds of significant impact spanning multiple areas and individuals Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
