Sr. AccountantOur client has been a staple in Montgomery County for more than 30 years and provides services for 18 communities in 5 U.S. States!
One of the nation's largest non-profit property management firms is seeking a full-time Sr. Accountant to join the accounting team in the Blue Bell, PA area! A typical day would entail:
Oversee & prepare month-end closeMonthly subsidiary & community level review of budget variance reports
Monthly sub ledger review & reconciliation
GL account reconciliation & account analysis
Accruals, pre-paids, & inter-company reconciliations
Chart of Accounts maintenance
Multi-state sales/use tax filings
Annual preparation of Form 990 (non-profit tax filing for multiple entities)
Ad-hoc financial reporting and projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Accounting or Finance
4+ years of GL accounting experience
Multi-location accounting & consolidations experience
Non-profit or healthcare industry experience is a huge plus!Sales & Use tax experience is a plus!
