Sr. Teller--Chicago, Vernon Hills

What will you be doing?

Accept and process customer transactions, ATM and night deposits.

Balance teller drawer daily, as well as, review teller difference account daily.

Provide special services as needed, including: redeeming coupons, selling travelers checks, money orders, cashiers checks, coin deposits, coin orders etc. Maintain security measures established by the bank.

Provide assistance and guidance to tellers. Provide approval for check cashing within teller's personal limit.

Assist customers in the lobby or on the phone with other banking questions, cross-sell bank products when possible at teller window.

Assist teller supervisor/branch manager with teller line reports and projects.

Assist in other branch activities as assigned by management. Participate in bank opening and closing procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need to qualify?

High School degree or equivalent.

One plus years of previous Teller experience as well as experience with on-line teller systems. Previous managerial experience strongly desired.

The qualified candidate will have good figure aptitude, be detail orientated, have strong oral communication skills, professional presentation and a proactive customer service approach.
