Sr. Private Banking Officer

IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUE TO DEVELOP EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS IN LATIN AMERICAN , USING. STRATEGIES TO ATTRACT, RETAIN AND EXPAND THE PERSONAL BANKING PORTFOLIO. ACTIVELY REFER BUSINESS TO OTHER SALES UNITS OF THE GROUP. POSSESS ABILITY TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY AS BUSINESS DICTATES UPON REQUEST. ENSURE THE PROPER STRUCTURING AND DOCUMENTING OF TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE CUSTOMER FILES FOR CLIENTS. IDENTIFY AND REPORT TO IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR ANY CURRENT OR PROSPECT RISKS TO EARNINGS OR CAPITAL ARISING FROM VIOLATIONS OF, OR NONCONFORMANCE WITH, LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, PRESCRIBED PRACTICES, INTERNAL FUNCTIONS, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EVENTS, ETC. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OR ETHICAL STANDARD. DIRECTLY SUPERVISE THE SALES EFFORTS AND RESULTS OF THE SALES & SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES. DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS THE TEAM’S SALES EXPECTATIONS AS MEASURED BY THE STABILISED GOALS. MONITOR AND EVALUATE COUNTRY RISK EXPOSURE IN LATIN AMERICA. PREPARE AND RECOMMEND CREDIT PROPOSALS. PREPARE ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS, PRESENTATIONS AND SUPPORT MANAGER IN THE REVIEW OF REPORTS.

REQUIREMENTS
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. MINIMUM 5 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN BANKING INDUSTRY WITH STRONG BACKGROUND ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED. ABILITY TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. KNOWLEDGE OF REGULATIONS AND MARKETS. CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED.
