SummaryThe Senior Loan Specialist is primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of clear and complete employee training guides related to ACE loan products. This position will report to the VP of Financial Services.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInvolved in product development and ongoing execution in order to insure that center associates have the tools needed to supply our products as intended.
Heavy interaction with the Operations, Compliance, and Legal departments as well as 3rd party vendors.
Make recommendations based on results and observations that improve the performance of products and programs.
Experience and initiative necessary to expand this improvement beyond ideas generated through observing implementation at ACE, by using outside information and resources.
Serve as 3rd level Help Desk and DM product support by having the product knowledge necessary to assist in solving new product issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and RequirementsEducation and/or Experience:
An associate’s degree with 2 -4 years related experience or a four-year degree is required. Technical writing, training, and operational experiences are preferred. Retail background or support of multi-unit operations is a plus.Knowledge & Skills:
Position requires strong product management/implementation skills. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. Must be able to provide annual planning and management of a loan/marketing budget and be a participatory leader and team builder. Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe and all general computer skills at par with the level of education/experience required.Physical DemandsThe Sr. Loan Specialist is required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands, and to have appropriate vision to see up close, and at a distance with ability to adjust vision and focus. Must be able to talk and hear.
