Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description:
1. Manage the day-to-day financial and operating reporting tasks, while ensuring the execution of timely, accurate, and consistent information to internal and external customers.
2. Subject matter expert for SRC reporting system and processes.
3. Working knowledge of the A&F Department's and Division's core processes.
4. Represent department during assigned projects.
5. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, quality and efficiency.
6. Establish and maintain a project management mindset
7. Administer all SRC administrative tasks and assist users as needed.
8. Work with Corporate SRC to coordinate all changes as needed. 9. Conduct R&D as needed to further develop SRC capabilities as outlined by users.
10. Provide SRC support in the development of budgets, reforecasts and actual-to-budget reporting.
11. Take point for all division reporting needs.
12. Insure 100% accuracy, consistency and timeiness of all reporting assigned.
13. Insure that all processes and policies are documented and updated as changes are made.
14. Establish and develop relationships with all significant partners including associations, vendors and all internal department leaders.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications:

Required:
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
2. Exceptional Excel and Access skills; Visual Basic Macro writing.
3. Proven database management skills.
4. Additional 3-5 years related experience.
5. May require working hours other than the normal shift, Monday through Friday.
6. Occasional travel may be required.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desirable:
MBA, CPA
3-4 years industry experience
3-4 years FNMS experience, which includes core MAS and associated subsystems, as well as core product offerings.
