Sr. Customer Service Specialist On-Line Banking

Involves processes and procedures for fulfilling customer needs related to products and services offered by all areas of the bank.  Involves processes and procedures for fulfilling internal and external customer needs related to products and services offered through a call center environment.  Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. May research issues or transfer to a research function. May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products. Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity. REQUIREMENTS


Candidate must be able to convey information and guide customers through solutions by phone. Must be able to complete transactions with speed and accuracy while providing a high level of quality service. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills - written and verbal is needed for this position.   Must be able to type 45 WPM.  PC skills, Internet and sales experience are a must. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of customer service/call center experience.  

Candidates must be available to start work by October 23, 2006. Must be available to work between the hours of 6 AM to 11:59 PM. Weekend hours are required. Training is 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday-Friday, for the first 6 weeks.
