(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Lending, Leasing and Payments Practice is currently searching for Senior Consultants and Managers to support our clients in the Commercial Lending area.Locations: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West CoastRelocation: YesPerformance Profile:The projects and Consultants that you will participate in and lead are process re-engineering engagements that help our clients solve operational, systems and financial issues.In these roles you will work collaboratively with your clients and team mates to define and deliver solutions.The ability to communicate effectively at all level will be essential as you will have increasing amounts of exposure to key middle and senior level executives at our clients and internally at BearingPoint.Position Requirements:Successful candidates should have prior consulting experience, systems integration experience and some combination of the following:
. Strong knowledge of lending operations, products and services offered to middle market and small business clients including; SBA, liability, credit, cash management, trade finance, asset based lending and investment products. Ability to document and explain entire business workflow of these products as well as an understanding of the tools and technology used to support them
Experience in developing current technology related to commercial lending process either at a software vendor or directly for a commercial lending group including but not limited to electronic document management, electronic funding, web services and process automation
Risk management and /or credit analysis role related to managing a commercial lending portfolio including Loan Administration and Agency Services functions involved in the servicing of syndicated loans as an agent bank or participant. Experience in one of the following systems to support these functions: ACBS, AFS, LoanIQ
Underwriting of Commercial Real Estate Loans. Includes detailed understanding of income and expense items used in cash flow analysis to arrive at Property Net Cash Flow for all major property types (Office, Industrial, Retail and Multifamily. Ability to prepare, analyze, structure and recommend complex loan requests to Credit Committee.
