Sr. Business Analyst - Project Development

Our Uniprise Finance department has an excellent opportunity available offering a broad range of professional exposure and long-term advancement potential. We're looking for a self-motivated professional who demonstrates a high degree of initiative to oversee project development efforts for claims accounting processes. Primary responsibilities include:


Project scoping
Evaluating the impact of new project objectives to the claims accounting process
Developing business requirements
Developing test scenarios and running tests
Serving as a subject matter expert and representing the claims accounting business areas regarding project development
Serving as a liaison between business and IT areas
Reporting on project status
Evaluating the claims process and driving improvement initiatives to accommodate changing needs


Job Requirements:

Project development experience is required; must include experience performing ad hoc analysis. A working knowledge of accounting principles and experience in MIS and/or the healthcare field are preferred. A bachelor's degree is required.
