Sr. Business Analyst (Interface)

Provide support to end users, vendors and programmers for product interfaces. Identifies researches and resolves interface issues. Submits project request for changes and enhancements to the system. Utilize a call tracking system to ensure a timely completion on all projects and support calls. Has a minimum of 5 years experience with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the banking field. Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to multi-task and change priorities are required. Some travel may be required.


Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years banking experience
Analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
Programming skills including Cobol and Visual Basic
Ability to communicate effectively with Vendors, Customers and Programmers.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and accuracy
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
