Financial Services

Develop and analyze short-term cash flow forecasts for the TIAA and TIAA-CREF Life lines of business, and various subsidiaries. Determine daily borrowing requirements and assist in the management and reporting of the various financing arrangements. Provides research and written analysis on the factors affecting cash flows for a variety of business lines. Develops annual forecast of bank expenses and budget Analyzes incurred and forecasted bank expenses, reports variances, and implements controls

REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance

Minimum of 6 years related experience

Strong PC application skills, preferably Excel and Access

Detail oriented and strong analytical skills

Proactive, inquisitive and able to work independently

Strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to balance demands and competing priorities

Project Management experience
