Special Products Administrator

Purpose:
Aerotek is currently seeking a Special Products Administrator for our client located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

On a daily basis, this person would be responsible for maintaining the ARM profile, including data verification, first change audits, notice reviews, balloon loan audits, and interest first loan audits. This person would also be responsible for preparing monthly standard status reports.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have 2 years mortgage servicing experience and extensive knowledge of Adjustable Rate Mortgages. This individual should also be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. Compensation for this position is $30,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
