Responsibilities:•Execute Six Sigma projects throughout the organization.
•Integrate projects across all business lines.
•Detailed process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Develop metrics in order to measure growth and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Math or Statistics.
•Advanced degree highly desirable.
•Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Green Belts will be considered.
•Previous experience managing multiple projects in a transaction environment.
•Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
•Experience presenting ideas to Executive and Senior Managers.
•Demonstrated analytical skills
•Attention to details
•Experience with Minitab and Visio
•Experience managing a large volume of work to include multiple projects.
•History of successful implementation of Six Sigma methodologies.
