Job Description:(including but not limited to)

Interpret company policy, make decisions to deviate from policy to provide equitable service.
Serve as a resource to bank personnel when dealing with difficult situations and transactions.
Participate in and oversee all duties of Banking Sales Representative department.
Enthusiastically support and implement products and services.
Cross sell retail products and programs or services.
Actively telemarket from a book of local businesses, internal lists and other sources from TCF Insurance & Securities or other affiliates.
Train non-licensed employees to appropriately refer non-bank products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Requirements include:
At least 2-3 years of Management/Supervisory experience in Retail Sales or a college degree in related field.
A proven sales record or a strong intrest in sales.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, team building, motivation, and training skills.
Excellent decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills.
