Primary responsibility is assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving. Additional responsibilities include processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests. No sales involved.Qualifications

Interest in learning about financial services as no prior industry experience is necessary

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment

Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Excellent PC/Internet skills

Ability to apply considerable amounts of information

Strong detail orientation

Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
