Servicing Acquisitions Specialist I

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating servicing bulk transfers by ensuring all steps in the checklist are completed timely. Effectively communicate timelines to management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure all transfer timeframes are completed to meet the approved transfer date
•Manage multiple deals timeframes
•Coordinate the approval of the goodbye letters and sending the welcome letters

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
•Perform loan level file reviews as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•1+ years experience in servicing
•Effective team player
•Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
•Ability to coordinate multiple deals at one time

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•Previous Acquisitions experience
•LSAMS experience
