Answer customer calls routed from routed branch offices located throughout the U.S.
Provide assistance to existing Scottrade customers with trades, quotes, account inquiries and online/technical guidance.
Field questions from potential customers regarding Scottrade accounts, services, product, fees, website and branch offices
Review customer emails, and write timely, professional responses to inquiries, or route emails to appropriate department for review and response (Technical Desk, Compliance, Supervisor, Marketing, etc.).
Answer all customer calls for branch offices before and after regular branch office hours.
Write email inquiries to customers regarding various issues, including paperwork requests, margin account status, account information, etc. at the request of branch offices.
Travel to various branch locations throughout the country to cover for absent Branch Managers and Branch Assistants during vacation, leave and/or position vacancies. Travel requirement for trained, licensed brokers is approximately 6 weeks per year.
Assist the Call Center Manager with orientation and training of new Call Center Brokers, Associates and Interns.
Send emails to customers at the direction of home office departments, including Compliance and Margin Departments.
Provide regular trading assistance on customer accounts at the direction of Margin Department staff.
