Position Summary

VyStar Credit Union, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an executive experienced in commercial lending and deposits to strategically drive a business services operation. Primary responsibilities will be to formulate a tactical origination and business development strategy, ensure sound underwriting and loan policies, and expand the business lending and deposit product line. Additionally, this individual will manage the business loan portfolio, and drive commercial deposits and the lending process from origination through servicing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a business lending team, organizing a commercial operation, and an assertive approach to developing commercial business.

Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Five years of experience managing commercial lending within a retail operation is required.
