Senior Treasury Analyst, Corporate Treasury

The Senior Treasury Analyst will provide analytical support for banking relationships and cash management activities in the U.S. and Canada.
Key responsibilities of the function are to:

Maintain BKC's bank account directory & oversee opening and closing of accounts

Manage relationships with BKC's mom-and-pop banks (50 banks), ensure quality service and identify opportunities to consolidate and concentrate accounts

Coordinate missing deposit investigations and deposit variances with field, banks and manage relationship with armored car carriers, including services, invoicing and the negotiation of fees

Minimize deposit float and alleviate any bank issues, assist business units in the implementation of new banking products, services and procedures including testing, training and stabilization of process,

Analyze bank service fees and resolve pricing discrepancies, participate in bank-relationship review process, and the reduction of the bank service fee structure

Utilize online banking platforms for Citibank, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wachovia and TD to download daily bank balances in the U.S. and Canada

Consolidate data from multiple sources including bank platforms and SAP to create U.S. and Canadian cash positions for investment purposes by 11:00a.m

Execute daily wire transfers for vendor payments and account funding

Utilize SAP to run cash concentration system and consolidate funds from over 50 bank accounts across the U.S.

Monitor and report on the U.S. and Canadian gift card programs and resolve any cash movement issuesQualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Two to four years of financial work experience is preferred, which may be substituted with an advanced degree or MBA. Experience with SAP and Hyperion is a plus. This position also requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Excel.The ideal candidate must be result-oriented and able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
