As a Senior Product and Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for interacting with the Small Business Product and Finance teams to document business requirements and develop clear and concise information strategies to fulfill key analytic requests. There will be a heavy emphasis on translating sophisticated analyses into actionable recommendations and executive management presentations. In-depth understanding of time series analysis and customer and product profitability models is critical.



Developing strong relationships with business partners, leading design and code review sessions, and proactively identifying information needs within the Small Business product line and customer segments will be required. Success in this position will be built on strong relationships with partners, timely delivery of meaningful insights, strategic use of data and independent thinking.




REQUIREMENTS


Education:

Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business management, finance, or computer science.

Masters degree a plus, especially in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems

Technical:

Advanced knowledge of Business Objects, especially report design and creation

Strong data mining experience with SQL, SAS, Oracle

Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Visio

Experience:

Knowledge of information analysis, insights development, and executive reporting

Project Management in information services environment

Experience in Financial Services industry

Experience with the Retail EDW mart environments strongly preferred

Other:

Demonstrated leadership qualities

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Self-starter with ability to manage projects and relationships independently

A team player with a focus on knowledge sharing
