Senior Product Manager - Online Platform

Responsible for assisting with Cash Management's Online Services platform. These services include market and competitor research and analysis, product strategy, product planning/roadmapping, new product development and implementation, product marketing and promotions, colleague education, and primary internal contact for product information. Manages complex and/or more strategic products for CNB. May oversee small team of product managers. Interfaces with all levels of management throughout the Corporation.Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, Masters in Business Administration preferred.
5 to 8 years experience in banking in the product management of Online Services required with 3+years experience managing an extensive project(s) and/or large team(s).
Excellent knowledge of assigned products (e.g., strategy, competition, operations, regulations, compliance) and the product management function required.
Strong understanding required of the bank's entire suite of products, how they fit together, how strategically positioned and sold, etc., to provide the appropriate products and services to our clients.
Excellent project planning and managerial skills required to plan, assign and monitor all assigned projects.
Extensive industry/business knowledge required.
Must demonstrate creativity when designing solutions to problems.
Must possess superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven crisis management and problem solving skills required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and other advanced programs required.
