Senior Mortgage Processor- Must Have Previous Exper. w/ Mortgage

Our client, a national Mortgage Broker, is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in their day to day office duties and operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create over all process and procedures to accommodate an office with 2 branch managers and 10 loan officers

Assist in processing loan applications

Communicate Professionally with customers and other parties involved in the transaction

Manage general office duties

Secondary Responsibilities:

Maintain/Organize files on the file server

Create/enhanced internal documentation including Handbook

Assist in marketing activities when required

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a Mortgage Broker environment

Proficient with advance features of Calyx Point software including pipeline management and reporting

Proficient with DO/LP Approval

Knowledgeable how to price and structure a mortgage transaction

Familiar with out of state lending

Credit Score Rapid Rescoring

Evaluate tax Returns with ease

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

Pro-active attitude/self starter

Reliable and dependable
