As a member of the Network Processing Team, the Senior Mortgage Processor is responsible for completing every step in the loan process from beginning to end. The Senior Mortgage Processor must investigate and verify all qualifying information on the customers' application including but not limited to the mortgage balance, the property tax status, employment, marital status, income and employment. The Senior Mortgage Processor must also review the title report and appraisal to ensure compliance with all state regulatory and Company guidelines. This position is also an integral part of training. The Sr. Mortgage Processor plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with the branches and customers. The Sr. Mortgage Processor is the primary point of contact with our customers.
REQUIREMENTS


High School Diploma or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of directly related work experience in finance or customer service.

Must have effective communications and interpersonal skills.

Must have strong verbal, written and listening skills.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks.Ability to function in a fast paced environment is a must with basic computer skills.
