We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and increase the production of 8-12 Loan Officers individual performance goals and loan generation Responsibilities include:

Lead, motivate, support and train sales personnel
Manage team performance and individual goals
Promote teamwork and an open communication environment
Hold weekly staff and individual employee meetings
Ensure quality work and customer service

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in the full cycle of the loan process from originating a loan thru funding of the loan
This person will also possess vast knowledge of conforming and non-conforming loans
Minimum of 1 year management experience ( negotiable with extensive amount of mortgage experience)

Additional requirements for this position include the ability to build and maintain relationships, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a positive results-oriented attitude. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required. Eastern Residential Mortgage offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. REQUIREMENTS
Skills required for the position include:
Equivalent related experience in the mortgage industry or 3 years of subprime mortgage experience
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the Mortgage Brokering/Lending industry
Ability to rely on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish company and personal goals
