Full Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive - Global Banking and Capital Markets CenterJob Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for participating in the development of the marketing strategy for the Global Banking and Capital Markets (GBCM) Center and for spearheading the execution of agreed-upon initiatives. The job requires extensive communication and coordination with partners and professionals around the globe in order to ensure consistent and comprehensive delivery of our marketing messages through all channels. Responsibilites: Works with the Markets Leader and other members of the GBCM Center to formulate a marketing program that can be executed successfully around the globe Maintains the marketing budget and tracks expenditures as well as the ROI of the marketing initiatives. Coordinates the creation of Banking and Capital Markets-specific marketing collateral and brochures including tailoring thought leadership Has responsibility for implementation of events (working with events manager) and sponsorships, mailings, newsletters, media, and PR as outlined in the approved marketing plan. Participates in market research projects as required. Serves as liaison to the national organization for shared services in the areas of marketing and public relations Interacts with the firm’s PR agency as necessary to carry out program

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in agency or corporate settings in financial services and/or professional services in a marketing or public relations role Prior experience building and implementing business-to-business marketing programs Hands-on publicity and media relations a plus Understanding of the issues facing the financial services industry required as is an understanding of the banking & capital markets segment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated teamwork and matrix management skills Strong project management, organizational and administrative skills Knowledge of classic marketing principles plus hand-on experience Ability to sell ideas to others Team-oriented Results-driven Creative problem-solver
