JOB DESCRIPTION

Loan Processor requires 3 - 5 years of processing Conventional/FHA/VA experience. Government experience required. Perform duties of Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing, closing and preliminary underwriting. Includes interacting with escrow, title company, sales, and borrowers in the closing of the home loans.

Automated processing and closing experience.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner
Maintain minimum pipeline of 45-55 loans
Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems
Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
Excellent customer service skills
