Perform duties of Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing, closing and preliminary underwriting. REQUIREMENTS
Automated processing and closing experience.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner
Maintain minimum pipeline of 45-55 loans
Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems
Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
Excellent customer service skills
