Senior Loan Processor

Candidates should have a strong back ground in Sub Prime loans, originate, placement of loans and be well versed with Lender's programs and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years experience
2. Self starter with good organizational skills.
3. Ability to originate, process and close loans.
4. Good telephone communication skills.
5. Proficient in Calyx Point, knowledge of DU, DO and FHA.
6. Detail oriented.
7. Spanish, French and Portuguese a plus.
