Senior Level Mortgage Banking Recruiter Needed for Growing Mortg

Manage full project life cycle recruiting in support of mortgage banking operations. Continuously improve recruiting efficiencies consistent with Recruiting metrics defined by leadership. Maintain recruiting data in Applicant Tracking System and all related staffing reports. Partner with leaders across the enterprise to forecast future hiring needs for more proactive involvement in organizational structure. Manage recruiting process including ' screen, test, interview, candidate management and compensation. Use consultative approach with managers to ensure quality hires. Direct source candidates using creative techniques; develop private talent pool of quality candidates and sources by partnering with the hiring managers throughout the AHM footprint. Manage temporary staffing vendors and third party permanent placement vendors on as needed basis.
The ideal candidate has a mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience in a high volume staffing environmentRequirements:
4 year degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment managing full project life cycle recruiting
