Senior IT Recruiter Needed for Growing Mortgage Company!!

Responsibilities: Work with company leaders to determine staffing needs across Information Technology department.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies utilizing creative sourcing techniques.

Continuously improve recruiting efficiencies consistent with Recruiting Metrics defined by leadership.

Manage temporary hiring process and vendors.

Coach hiring managers through interview and candidate selection process.

Maintain recruiting data in Applicant Tracking System and related staffing spreadsheets.

Administer tests and assessments to potential candidates on as needed basis.

Coordinate with compensation and hiring manager on compensation plans for new hires.

Requirements:
High School diploma required; 4-year degree strongly preferred.

Proven track record of direct sourcing and placement of IT professionals across multiple technologies and position levels is required.

Strong communication skills both written and oral are essential.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Successful candidate should possess highest level of customer service orientation and be able to provide world class level customer support.

Demonstrated excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and database management required.

Must have proven relationship building skills and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
