Senior Fund Administrator

Our aim is to deliver consistent investment results to our clients with distinctive and innovative services.Detail review all mutual fund work prepared by the accounting agent, custodian and sub-administrator for approximately 15 mutual funds, which includes but is not limited to: (1) mutual fund prospectus and tax compliance, (2) dividend projections on fixed income and closed-end funds, (3) fund expenses, fee waivers, expense reimbursements and fee recoupments, (4) financial statements, (5) Form N-SAR filings, (6) quarterly Schedules of Investments, (7) prospectuses and statements of additional information, (8) quarterly Board of Trustees/Directors materials, and (9) monthly dividend and quarterly earnings press releases on closed-end funds. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:Candidate needs to have a Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience. Candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, analytical and possess good communication skills (candidate will be dealing with various mutual fund vendors as well as with other departments within UBS). Candidate needs adequate computer skills (be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Bloomberg).
