Senior Fixed Income Analyst

An Investment Firm located in Norwalk, CT is currently seeking a Senior Fixed Income Analyst to be part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strong analytical individual with investment experience who will work closely with various levels of the Investment Team. This position is responsible for the overall preparation of analytical reports for fixed income funds. Compensation ranges from $75-80K base plus a target bonus of $15K plus benefits package & 401k.
Responsibilities• Prepare analytical reports with a concentration on investment measurements for fixed income funds and assist with written quarterly reports for investors
• Evaluate and monitor portfolio attribution and analytics for all fixed income funds
• Develop quantitative and qualitative support for the communication of investment ideas• Participate in the development of proprietary analytical models, as well as create and maintain databases
• Complete assigned analytical projects
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years investment related experience• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using quantitative investment software with knowledge of programming language
