As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide financial management support to the Correspondent Channel. Working closely with associates throughout the Correspondent Channel and Finance, you will support the financial planning and reporting process including but not limited to financial forecasting, modeling, managerial reporting, business metrics, various financial and business analysis. You will also assist in communicating the financial results to the Correspondent Channel group.

Essential Accountabilities:
Support forecasting and planning for the Correspondent Channel.
Develop and maintain decision-modeling tools, provide variance analysis, identify trends, and analyze both financial and non-financial data to provide critical decision support to division leaders.
Provide result summaries and recommendations for managerial decision making.
Recommend and implement changes in Correspondent managerial reporting to support changes in the business and business strategies.
Serve as the Channel’s point person for product and client and channel profitability including but not limited to working with the C&MM group to determine and monitor allocation factors, provide variance analysis and communicate results to the group.
Generate and implement ideas for process improvement and initiate changes in processes as necessary.
Develop presentations to communicate both financial and non-financial information to the Correspondent Channel.
Maintain desktop procedures and provide support for Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, as necessary.


Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA and/or MBA designation desired
5+ years accounting/finance
PC skills required, MS Windows environment
Hyperion Essbase application
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
