Senior Engineer - Documentum

My client is seeking a Planning SOX Analyst to execute all audit planning activities, which includes identifying task progress, addressing issues and providing recommendations to the plan. The selected Planning SOX Analyst will define and analyze IT audit controls to ensure its effectiveness with SOX 404 compliance and perform quarterly independent control testing and process documentation reviews. The Planning SOX Analyst will also perform reviews of new IT system modifications to ensure controls are defined and tested to remain in compliance; develop IT processes, policies and procedures to support the IT audit compliance requirements and process improvements and work with cross functional teams to ensure all audit tasks are completed.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful Planning SOX Analyst must have:

•5+ years demonstrated experience in a systems analysis or testing capacity within an IT environment.
•3+ years business analyst experience.
•BA/BS preferred.
•Strong knowledge of Application Development, IT Operations, Planning and Project Management.
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, Project, and Access or SQL Server.
•Initiative, self starting, excellent time management skills, customer/user oriented, ability to solve practical problems.
•A high degree of flexibility.
•Superior written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to adapt quickly as external environment and organizational changes occur.
