REQUIREMENTS
Our client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an accounting manger within the real estate industry. This candidate must have experience supervising a staff as well as working in a hands-on environment. A candidate for this opportunity must have experience with consolidations, Fas 109, 125, and 140. In addition to this, the ideal candidate for this role would be CPA certified, have experience with 10K's and 10Q's as well as proficiency with timberline software.
