Account Managers Business Banking acquire and manage both the business and personal relationship with high value business customers with sales revenues between $1 and $5 million. Customers managed and acquired are within the market area covered by the banker. They provide warm, caring and friendly service to customers and regularly initiate contact in order to follow up previous conversations, uncover additional needs or review the customers current holdings relative to their financial needs. Through all customer contacts they proactively identify needs, ask probing questions, offer financial solutions and ask for the business. They are knowledgeable about the products and services offered through RBC Centura and its affiliates and proactively identify opportunities to refer customers to their colleagues. They work one on one with customers to understand their financial objectives and assist them with solutions to meet their current and future needs. Account Managers develop customer strategies and contact plans for each customer to ensure the relationship is being expanded. They act in a pivotal roel within the bank, acquiring this customer segment, ensuring the relationship is expanded and leveraging the full RBC Financial Group capability to fully meet the customers financial needs.
