Securities Specialist

Manage a multiple DTC settlement group inclusive of: International settlements and fail control areas.
Products include equities, corporate and asset backed securities and money market instruments. Responsibilites will include hiring, developing and retaining a highly qualified staff to carry out daily responsibilities of the areas and the various projects underway from time to time. Lead / supervise staff of over 10 staff members including manager level employees.
New York and New Jersey locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Manage and control all security settlements.
Review, monitor and ensure the resolution of the cash reconciliation and Stock Record breaks.Knowledge of DTC, BoNY, Clearstream, NSCC, ADP
Initiate and spearhead change to constantly improve productivity and reduce costs.Hiring of Staff.
Documenting procedures and stream-line processes.
