Position Description:

The winning candidate will be responsible for new business development and managing their anchor/key accounts in your area. Additional responsibilities include:

1.Prospecting within target accounts
2.Determining client/prospect requirements
3.Working with Senior banking management teams

Total comp for experience sales rep is in the 250K (+) range. Base comp is negotiable and will be in the six-figure plus range. Territory is a 2-4 state area with minimal overnight travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be selling similar technology to banking and credit union vertical and have consistently achieved at or above quota performance supported by Presidents’ Club or similar awards. Additional requirements include:

1.5(+) years of selling technology solutions to banks and credit unions
2.BS/BA or equivalent work experience (MBA is preferred)
3.Strategic Sales orientation and background
4.Comfortable presenting to Senior finance and IT executives with conviction
5.Knowledge of space and competitive landscape
6.Team player with winning attitude and “whatever it takes” work ethic
