Sales Executive

J. G. Wentworth is seeking Inside Account Executives for our headquarters in Bryn Mawr, PA.

1) INTRODUCTION - J. G Wentworth(JGW) is the nation?s largest purchaser of structured settlements, offering cash up-front to individuals who have won or have settled a medical or injury lawsuit. JGW has earned an AAA reputation on Wall Street from our innovative and creative financing programs. As a result of our market dominance JGW is seeking to hire over 150 qualified professionals for the role of inside sales to assist in our continued growth and our 70% market share presence.

2) SALES OPPORTUNITY - Our Inside Sales professionals pre-qualify Pre-Settlement Applicants who have won a settlement from a medical or injury lawsuit; you will be trained in how to explain our value added payout program with a low-key relationship sales approach.

This growth position offers NO cold calling or telemarketing as we provide qualified in-bound sales leads as a result of extensive financial investment in national television, radio, and internet and print advertising campaigns.

3) TRAINING PROGRAM - Sales executives are provided an initial two-week training program that is both in class and hands-on. This training provides the product knowledge and will sharpen your phone skills to assist our clients in achieving their financial goals and unrealized expectations.

4) COMPENSATION PLAN - JGW offers a base salary, commission, and incentive bonuses for individual and team efforts.

First Year Compensation: Base salary of $26,000.00 with a commission payout that has the potential to range from $9,000.00 to $14,000.00 for the first year. Total compensation plan for first year can reach between $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 ? with the unlimited potential for more!

Second Year Compensation: A sales professional has the potential to reach a total compensation with base salary and commission payout anywhere from $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 and the potential for more!

5) BENEFITS PLAN - JGW will pay 100% of the healthcare benefits for you as a single employee. If there is a spouse or children, there would be a payroll deduction based on the coverage. We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

JGW offers a 401(k) plan in which we will match 100% on the first 3% you withhold, and we match 50% on the next 2% you withhold.

We offer Two Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) that will start to accrue on your first day of employment. In addition to Seven Holiday Days that include - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanks Giving Day & Black Friday and Christmas Day.
