Provides customer service with the objective of profiling customers and selling new or additional products and/or services. Handles situations which require deviation from standard scripts and screens. Completes necessary system navigation and call tracking. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of financial products and services. Handles all calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. Services and cross-sells all products and services. Provides broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customers business. Accountable for meeting minimum sales goals: profitability, sales per day, core cross-sell and partner referrals. Excellent incentive available based on individual performance. Develops and maintains relationships with Consumer Credit Underwriting, Loan Processors, Store Locations and Wells Fargo partners in multiple states to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Uses profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities and increase product per customer ratio.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Must have one year minimum sales experience with proven success working with sales quotas. Demonstrated sales ability; superior knowledge of financial products and services, ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, oral and written communication skills required.Must be able to complete six weeks of paid training, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.Starting shifts would be 12pm to 9pm, 12:30pm to 9:30pm, 1pm to 10pm, or 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
* Preferred Skills:call center environment; knowledge of laws and regulations relating to banking
