Sales Associate/Personal Banker/Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive, professional individuals to join our team as both Part time and Full Time Sales Associates, Personal Bankers and Assistant Branch Manager in our Oconomowoc, Wales and Waukesha branches. These individuals must be outgoing with a sales oriented personality and possess superior customer service skills!

As the Sales Associate, the primary responsibilities will include the following:
1.) performing in-aisle sales
2.) following up with prospects approached
3.) performing transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies
4.) opening new accounts, and other numerous miscellaneous duties!
REQUIREMENTS
This qualified candidate must have at least six months previous sales and cash handling experience and an aptitude for figures. Previous customer service experience preferred. High School diploma or GED is required. Must be energetic and self-motivated!
